Natsar AI is designed with privacy as a core principle. Our detection technology is built to protect people without compromising their personal privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect information across our products and this website.

No facial recognition

Natsar AI does not use facial recognition technology. Our detection systems are designed to identify falls and weapons, not individuals. We do not build or maintain databases of facial features, biometric data, or personally identifiable visual information.

On-site processing

Detection runs on-site, on an appliance in the operator's building. Raw video and sensor data do not leave the building. For fall detection, private rooms use a radar sensor with no lens that cannot form a recognizable image.

The weapon detection Edge version runs on the operator's own edge device, so video stays on the operator's network.

Minimal data retention

Alert records, including detection timestamps and room or camera identifiers, are retained only for the duration configured by the operator. Only small events and short clips from common areas reach the cloud, and only when configured. We advocate for minimal retention periods and provide tools for automated data expiration.

Healthcare data

Where our products are used in healthcare or senior-care settings, we sign a Business Associate Agreement with the operator, minimize data to events and room references, encrypt per facility, and audit every access.

Security

Data in transit is encrypted. Alert payloads are signed and tamper-evident. Access to detection systems is controlled through role-based authentication. We follow security best practices and review our infrastructure regularly.

Website data

This website collects information you voluntarily provide through our contact form (name, optional organization, role, email, optional phone number, product interest, and message). We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

We use privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics to count page views and measure whether the site works. No advertising trackers are used, and no consent banner is required because no personal data is collected for advertising.
